½ beef. 275-300 lbs. of meat. We take the animal to the processor and tell the processor how you want the meat cut. You pay us the “on the rail weight” which is the 275-300 lbs. You then pay the processor their fee when you pick up the meat. The processing fee is $1.25/lb. Deposit of $100 is required. Total cost is $5/lb.
